Ideas By Occasion

Same energy, different crowd. Here is what a game night looks like for each one.

Birthday Parties

Trivia rounds written about the guest of honor, team names nobody will admit to, and prizes worth fighting over.

Corporate Parties & Team Building

Holiday parties, offsites and quarterly get-togethers where people actually talk to each other. Mixed teams, real competition, zero trust falls.

Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners

How well do you know the couple, a game show round for both sides of the family, and something for the guests who do not dance.

Graduations

A send-off built on nostalgia: music trivia by graduation year and a bracket the group will argue about for months.

Networking Events

Games are the icebreaker, so nobody has to work up the nerve to say hello. People leave with names, not just cards.

Just Because

Friend groups, family reunions, block parties, fundraisers. You do not need a reason to make a Tuesday competitive.

Pick Your Format

Not sure which one fits your group? Tell us the vibe and we will pick for you.

Music Trivia

Name the artist, the year, the album. Songs everyone already knows every word to.

Card & Board Games

Dominoes, Spades, Uno, Codenames. Loud tables and one very serious scorekeeper.

Game Show Night

Buzzers, teams and a host with a mic who will absolutely call you out.

Video Game Tournament

Mario Kart, Smash, 2K, Madden. Real brackets, real bragging rights.

Games Outside

Kickball, cornhole, pickleball, flag football. Recess energy, adult schedules.

Scavenger Hunt

Houston becomes the game board. Teams, clues and a very close finish.

Private Event Questions, Answered

What people ask before they book with us.

What kinds of parties do you host?

Birthdays, graduations, weddings and rehearsal dinners, corporate parties, team building days, networking events, and plain old just-because nights. If people will be in a room together, we can make it a game night.

How many people do you need?

Small groups of around 10 work great, and so do rooms of 100 plus. Tell us your headcount and we will pick formats that fit it.

Do you have a venue, or do we?

Either way. Most people host at their own space, an office, a home, a patio or a room they already booked. If you do not have a spot yet, say so on the form and we will help you find one through our Houston venue partners.

What do you bring?

The host, the games, the gear, the sound and the prizes. You bring the people. Food and drinks are up to you or your venue.

How long is a private game night?

Two to three hours is the sweet spot. We can stretch it or tighten it around your schedule, toasts and dinner included.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to four weeks gives us the most room to plan and customize. We do take shorter notice when the date is open, so ask.

Can you customize the games to our group?

Yes, and it is the best part. Trivia rounds about the birthday guest, the couple or the company, team names, custom prizes and a bracket built around your crew.

Are private events 21+?

Our public nights are 21+. Private events follow your group, so family-friendly is absolutely on the table.
